I have the Allure Confessions of a Beauty Editor book and I love it, but I've noticed that to copy a look it's best if you just print off the picture and try to mimic it yourself. The best time for eye makeup mimicing is before you jump in the shower. Try it out and if you don't like it, you can just wash it off anyway.
