lol...ul like iman's the beauty of color book even tho u might not be a minority it still works...the eye make up is amazing in that book and it has tips and ideas for all ages...also so is eye candy...it has a lot of colorful ways of doing eye make up, its for the more youthful people...teenagers and early 20's...u know...also some good review for the vogue make up book.
If you have watched what not to wear then you will know the make up artist i'm talking about...Carmandy. She has several books and they are all good. She gives tips for a five minute make up routine, she helps you convert using the same make up to a night look, she helps you figure out the colors and gives application tips.

Yea look up makeup tutorials on youtube and panacea81 is really good. Sorry I don't know of any book.
i think you could buy one in the macy's department where they sell make up or try a Sephora store.
